How Presales Work

Holiday Presales are an opportunity to purchase custom cookies at different quantities, yet still receive the quality of cookies you'd receive in a custom order. Presale options usually include by the dozen or half dozen options and are typically pre-packaged. Once the presale goes "LIVE", you'll place your order here on the website. After the presale time has closed, orders are baked and pickup or shipping is available in time for the holiday. 
Following Lolly's Home Kitchen on social media is the best way to see when a presale is available and is going to go "LIVE".

How Flash Sales Work

Flash Sales are short sales on already baked cookies. Once they are sold out, that is it, no more holiday cookies are baked after all holiday presale and flash sales are over. Flash Sales are open to local customers. Unfortunately because flash sales are typically so close to a holiday, I don't offer shipping on flash sale items. Flash Sale options include extra cookies from a previous presale that are already baked and packaged. Once the Flash Sale goes "LIVE", you'll place your order here on the website and pickup in the timeframe specified.
